Refund and Generation Policy
Payments fund one edition-specific AI portrait generation and card activation attempt.
Generation failure
If payment succeeds but a system failure prevents generation, the paid order remains recoverable. Do not purchase again. Contact support with your Telegram username and Stripe receipt for review, retry, or refund handling.
Retries
System failures may receive a controlled retry. Unlimited aesthetic regenerations are not included. A clearly unusable output requires manual support review during beta.
Final policy question
The exact refund window and treatment of successfully generated but disliked portraits require owner and legal approval before broad launch.
