Season One Early Access Policy

Support and Deletion Requests

Season One support is handled manually while recovery and request tools are being built.

Payment or generation problem

Message @LIENASCENSIONBOT with your Telegram username and Stripe receipt. Do not send passwords, bot tokens, payment-card numbers, or purchase again.

Account, photo, or generated-image deletion

Send a support request stating which record you want deleted: account, original upload, generated image, or public card. Verification is required before deletion. Requests are manual during beta.

Account recovery

If Telegram access is lost, contact support. Secondary email, wallet, and passkey recovery are not yet live; this remains a launch risk.

Last updated August 1, 2026. This beta policy should receive legal review before a broad public launch.
